SEMICON Taiwan 2025 concluded successfully from September 10 to 12 at TaiNEX Hall 1&2. At the event, Sanwa proudly showcased our self-developed transfer systems, including:

• 310 mm × 310 mm Panel Level Packaging (PLP) transfer system, featuring vacuum and atmospheric robots as well as vision-mapping load ports, co-exhibited with SkyTech’s process system.
• 510 mm × 515 mm PLP transfer robot system.
• A dual-arm, non-contact, dual-flip Bernoulli robot.

This exhibition provided a dynamic platform for fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration among industry experts.
