From 18 to 21 November 2025, Sanwa Engineering participated in “SEMICON Europa 2025” held in Munich, Germany.
During the exhibition, we engaged in in-depth discussions with industry experts and potential customers. These exchanges enabled us to better understand the evolving equipment requirements of European semiconductor industries manufacturers, while also presenting Sanwa’s latest advancements at the forefront of the industry — including our panel-level advanced packaging systems.
At the same time, we updated partners on our overseas expansion strategy and reaffirmed the company’s strong commitment to global growth.
