SEMICON West 2025 concluded successfully from October 7 to 9 at Pheonix Convention Center. This is Sanwa’s first event in United States.
Sanwa interacted with experts with 3D projection and explained our self-developed transfer systems for new generation panel handling (advanced packaging, 310mm x 310mm panel size). We showed our VTM, ATM and load port with vision mapping function. In parallel, we elaborated our core value in the industry and our overseas footprints.
